Two leading interactive communication agencies announce their merger
Born Interactive and Orange Clicks to become one

On January 1 st, 2005, two leading interactive technology companies operating on the Lebanese market, and in the region as well, will officially merge. Born Interactive and Orange Clicks have both a proven track record in designing Web sites and conceiving e-solutions, and this venture should significantly upgrade their production capacity, consolidate their expertise and widen their geographical coverage.

As Fadi Sabbagha, general manager of Born Interactive, says: “the aim of this merger is to enhance growth and expansion for both of us”. While Orange Clicks has developed an important client base in Lebanon and in the Gulf countries, Born Interactive has built over the past 9 years a diversified portfolio of clients comprising prominent names and groups in Lebanon, Qatar, Bahrain, Cyprus, North Africa, France and the USA. This merger will also enable the new entity to engage in new markets.

As far as corporate culture is concerned, Orange Clicks and Born Interactive have the same approach to e-business and to New Media in general. “We share the same company culture and vision, we both pay particular attention to details and are driven by the same commitment to quality and customer satisfaction” adds Sabbagha. “Although we plan on recruiting and expanding, we are also ensuring that our clients do not feel the transition. Both parties’ shareholders elected Fadi Sabbagha as CEO to lead the newly merged entity . Born Interactive - O.C, will be partly owned by the TRINEC Group Holding.
